Your first appointment will last about 90 minutes; this will include the consult and osteopathic treatment. Follow-up visits last about 45 minutes.
Please print the new patient in-take forms and fill them out to bring to your appointment.
If homeopathic injections, IV therapy or Ozone therapy are used in your treatment, you will be responsible for payment at the time of visit.
If Dr Nani is a provider for your insurance, we will bill them.
She is contracted with:
Regence BCBS, Regence Med Advantage, Aetna and Medicare Supplement, First Choice and Medicare.
Otherwise, we can provide you with a Superbill for you to mail to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Initial visits are $270; follow-up visits are $175.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call the office (503-477-5180) at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $75 late cancellation fee.
